Client Background
A small but growing business owner needed to establish a consistent and professional presence across multiple social media platforms. Managing this manually—tailoring post content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Medium—was time-consuming, error-prone, and often deprioritized due to other operational demands.

Problem
The client’s core challenge was maintaining a regular posting cadence while adjusting tone, format, and length per platform. Their original workflow involved duplicating effort across tools, manually rewriting posts for each channel, and uploading them one by one—resulting in inconsistent messaging, missed posts, and loss of marketing momentum.

Project Objective
Build an end-to-end automation system that allows the client to post customized content across five platforms directly from a single Airtable base. The system had to minimize manual steps, ensure each post was appropriately formatted per platform, and retain the brand voice.

Solution Overview
Tiara designed and implemented a scalable social media content syndication system with the following components:

  1. Airtable Content Hub

    • Central source for raw content, including captions, images, URLs, and platform checkboxes.

    • Fields for post categories, publish dates, and platform-specific tone adjustments.


  2. AI Personalization with ChatGPT

    • Each platform’s version of the post was customized using prompts tailored for tone and formatting (e.g., concise + professional for LinkedIn, casual + emoji-rich for Instagram).


  3. Make.com Automation

    • Scheduled or trigger-based flow monitors Airtable for publish-ready posts.

    • Automatically pulls the content, uses ChatGPT to transform the text, and sends it to each connected platform’s API.

    • Includes conditional logic to skip platforms if unchecked.
