Client Background 

A service-based business owner was spending a significant portion of their week managing back-and-forth scheduling conversations with prospects and clients. Their existing process relied on manual follow-ups, phone tag, and email chains—resulting in delayed bookings, missed leads, and an inconsistent client experience from the very first touchpoint.

Problem

The client's biggest bottleneck was the gap between a prospect expressing interest and actually getting them booked. Leads who couldn't reach someone immediately were moving on to competitors.
